IALA:How to stay active in fitness.

Today me and my class and rm 10 was working on our fitness and that we started off with a run.Where we ran was around the school block  and it was good because I have bening improving my running skills and also my body too.I would want to work on hard to become fit and lose weight that also gose to Sene because  he wants to  lose weight and that I like that I am staying active with fitness.

Feel free to leave a comment on what you feel when you first stayed fitness I feel so bad and that my legs was not good enough  also my body now that I know that I should stay active and that also I have improve everything.
