Why is fitness important?
Fitness is important to us because it can make us stay healthy and strong.What is fitness?.Fitness is like training and also going for a run everyday and supporting other with fitness too.Stay active can help you stay fit and also telling people to never give up can help a lot to others like when they are playing rugby there's always people supporting others like the All blacks game there's lots of fans that supports to there best player.
Fitness is good for our body and thats it can help us with being a referee and also playing lots of different sports too.
I want to be fit because I want to join the All Blacks and also show my family that I can do better in rugby and also I can lose weight not only that but I can be fit and also stay heathly as well.
Stay fit can make you look good and strong but also going to the gym and also running everyday like going for a run in the morning and evening too.
Staying healthy can give us a growth mindset.And remember going to the pools,playing sports, and the gym can help you stay fit.
