Hi everyone today we were having fitness and it was cool but we first went off for a run and it was a challenging because we had to run around our bike track and I didn't want to stop because I wanted to be fit because that why we are doing fitness but there's was different activities that we were doing like Running,Mountain climbing,Push ups and lot of different activities that we were doing I loved doing fitness because thats was my !!!GOAL!!! and I want to lose weight and that I didn't wanted people to mock me that I was fat so that why I do fitness.After our fitness I felt like I was losing some weight and that how I felt when we were having fitness.!!Thank you everyone for listening.....
